Course Title

Human Physiology

Course Description

This course deals with the normal functioning of the human body and its component parts. The essential concepts of physiology are presented at various levels of organization, from cellular to organ system level with special emphasis on the understanding of homeostasis and integrated regulations of various body processes among several systems. Specifically the course focuses on physiological mechanisms involved in neuronal and chemical signaling, movement, metabolism, respiration, circulation, excretion, etc.
